This week we’re headed down from New York to Atlanta for Nilofer & Nevil’s Ismaili Indian Wedding at Lake Lanier Islands in Atlanta, Georgia!

Day 1 starts off with a typical Mehndi night at Mirch Masala in the Patel Brothers shopping plaza. Day 2 we head out to Lake Lanier Islands resort for the first events there, the Pithi (Haldi) ceremony in the afternoon followed by the Garba/Sangeet that evening on the dock on the water. The following morning the bride got ready at Lake Lanier in the morning before her Nikkah ceremony at Ismaili HQ and the reception again back at Lake Lanier!
