Taking a quick break from editing photos (as usual) to write up a quick blog post! Well, the break is mainly because the computer is running a tad slow backing up this past weekend’s wedding from one hard drive to another so I figured I would just write up this post while I wait =). Earlier this year I had the privilege to photograph Koel & Sanjeev’s wedding which took place at Lake Lanier, and before that I headed up to see them in New York City! We spent the day running around a bit seeing some of their old hangouts on the Lower East Side before heading over to the Brooklyn Bridge for some scenic and quintessential “New York City” photos of the skyline. Unfortunately it was on and off raining all evening, which helped the lighting situation a bit and made things a bit interesting as all three of us got soaked running around outside in the city. I really love New York City and the DUMBO area of Brooklyn is just amazing! I can’t wait to go back!

As the rain continued to come down we cross the Brooklyn Bridge and headed over to Brooklyn Bridge Park in DUMBO to get some NYC skyline engagement photos!I have to say the rain probably made these even better =)To wrap things up Koel changed into a saree and we took a few quick photos in the subway.
