Debbie & Jonathan's Wedding | Elim Romanian Pentecostal Church & Maggiano's Buckhead | Lawrenceville Atlanta Wedding Photographer
Double header wedding weekend, part 2! After photographing Leslie & Phil’s wedding at Villa Christina on Friday, and resting up on Saturday, Sunday we were back at it again BRIGHT and early (7:00 AM) for Debbie & Jonathan’s wedding! This was the second Romanian wedding that I’ve had the pleasure to photograph here in Atlanta, so I knew a bit more about how the day would unfold, however I still didn’t really catch any of the ceremony which was all in Romanian =). I actually enjoyed the long ceremony structure because it allowed some more time to focus on the people and events of the ceremony rather than a quick 15 minute ceremony where the next thing you know the bride and groom are walking down the aisle as husband and wife! Maybe it’s just my overall appreciation for candid photojournalist moments which is why I love some of the wonderful photographs from this wedding. Without further ado, here is Debbie and Jonathan’s wedding which started at their homes before moving to Elim Romanian Pentecostal Church before finally ending the day at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Buckhead for a but of a non-traditional Romanian wedding reception!
