Published | Nikon "I Am" Ad Campaign

Stuck in Marketing H***! Ok I’m just being dramatic (as usual) because it’s 1:00 AM and I feel like I haven’t really accomplished much at all today besides playing with Miles a bit. It is Saturday after all but this off season without having a Saturday wedding is making me depressed. So what do I do instead on my Saturday??? Sit on the computer all day and play with Photoshop designing marketing materials for our upcoming bridal shows on January 8th and 22nd! We’ve already ordered our printed photos and have some pieces of the marketing puzzle together, but I still need to design a few more small things here and there. Work work work work!

So on that marketing-related note, I remembered that I never actually blogged about this! Betty posted a note to our Facebook fan page but with the new Facebook layout I know that new stories get buried pretty quick if you’re not a regular visitor to our page. This advertising campaign for Nikon Netherlands went live on November 28th, so we are past due on blogging about it, sorry!! Nasrine and Amir’s photo will now be proudly displayed at camera stores throughout the Netherlands! We couldn’t be prouder and I think I might shoot my next wedding with the D700 until Canon decides to use our photos or make me an Explorer of Light! =)

Any blog readers who happen to live in the Netherlands and visit a camera retailer that has this ad, we would love to see a photo of it “in the wild!” Now if only I could convince Betty to let me take a quick trip to the Netherlands to see this ourselves… Wishful thinking! Ok, hope everyone is having a productive weekend either wrapping up wedding planning details (*cough* Zena & Farhan *cough*) or wrapping up their Christmas/Holiday shopping!!
