Hope everyone had a fantastic holiday weekend and didn’t eat too much turkey! Here we are on Cyber Monday and back with another wedding, finally! Speaking of Cyber Monday, any sales going on? I need a new camera bag and a few other things here and there =). I bought a training DVD on Cyber Black Friday that I’ll be reviewing shortly (since we watched it already down in Florida). Apologies also for the flood of personal blog posts recently from visiting our family in Florida, I’ve got just ONE more family-related blog post from the holidays and then a blog post about Saturday’s workshop at Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales, Florida (near Orlando). September 24th, 2011 – Jamie & Tim’s wedding day in Alpharetta at the Alpharetta Marriott on Windward Parkway. The girls from Formal Faces did an excellent job on Jamie’s makeup, not that it’s hard to make someone look great when you have a stunning bride like Jamie to work with! Jamie looked absolutely amazing in her dress and we had a great wide space to work in at a great suite at the Marriott with plenty of room for all of the gathered friends and family (and Mom!) to relax and enjoy the start to a busy day. I also really adore the sleeves to Jamie’s top, such a great touch in a wedding dress selection!

Saint Brigid is a beautiful church in Johns Creek and I just fell in love with it’s bridal suite and multiple mirrors for interesting photos.

As the preparations wrapped up on both sides we headed to the sanctuary for the ceremony to begin. I stayed back with Jamie and her father while Betty went inside to prepare for the start of the ceremony.

After the ceremony and family formal photos we headed to the lovely DeVore House in Alpharetta for the reception.

And then we got into the rest of the reception and all the fun that was to be had by family and friends!

We had a fierce dance-off later in the reception!

And things did get a little emotional during the speech by the MOH
