Wedding Photography Behind the Scenes Vlog #9 | Leena & Rahul’s Indian Wedding at the Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta

Behind the Scenes Vlog Indian Wedding

Another week, behind the scenes at another Indian wedding! This week’s Indian wedding of Leena & Rahul took place at the Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta and was a smashing success! You might remember Leena and Rahul from the 2nd vlog of this 2017 wedding season when they came up to New York City for their engagement session! 9 vlogs later from #2 to #10 and here we are at their wedding on a beautiful June weekend in Atlanta!

Two days of fun and festivities started off with the Sangeet and then the long wedding day with the Hindu ceremony and reception, both taking place at the beautiful Intercontinental Hotel in Buckhead, Atlanta.

This amazing wedding I had the pleasure of working with Walk on Water Productions for the video, DJ Jaz / GTB Productions for the music and uplighting, Beauty You Deserve for Henna, Noorface for makeup, Events InStyle by Ragini Patel for decor, and Kis Cubed for the wedding planning!

Vlog filmed on the Sony RX100V of course :)

[Video] Anila & Hafeez’s Wedding Highlights | January 17th-19th | Atlanta Ismaili Indian Wedding Foxhall
Check out this super awesome wedding highlight video from Anila & Hafeez's Atlanta wedding! The mehndi night took place at home before heading to Bethak Banquet Hall in Atlanta for the Pithi! Nikkah took place at the Atlanta Northeast Jamatkhana before we headed over to the beautiful Foxhall Resort & Sporting Club for post-Nikkah games like Khoba Khobi and the evening's reception! Foxhall is a really unique country club near the Atlanta International Airport and a great place for a wedding - even an Indian wedding! Hope to be back to Foxhall soon for more Indian weddings! Special shout-out to the other vendors that made this possible! D ...

Nadia & Sohail’s Pithi Dholki Night | Occasions Event Center | Atlanta Indian Ismaili Wedding Photography
After the first night's mehndi party at the Atlanta Hilton Northeast, the wedding moved over to Occasions Event Center on Friday night for the Dholki/Pithi ceremony! Lots of excitement and of course, a bit of a mess during the egg ceremony, as this Atlanta Ismaili Indian Wedding kicked into high gear! Here are a few (hundred) of my favorite photos from the evening!! The photos start rather tame with a few details and the Pithi but keep scrolling for the crazy egg ceremony and of course the dancing and celebrating later in the evening!! Bonus edit, click ahead to see the Nikkah and Reception at the Atlanta Hilton Northeast here! ...

Recent Work | Natasha & Karim’s Mehndi | Parramatta, NSW | Sydney Destination Indian Wedding Photography
Hmm so how do you effectively blog an event as special as a destination wedding on another continent? Especially when their was not just one or two days of events, but SIX days of Indian wedding festivities??? This thought has been running through my head all evening as I wrap up some of the events from Natasha & Karim's destination Indian wedding in Parramatta and Sydney, Australia. Clearly, the main blog pot is going to be I-N-S-A-N-E with 6 days of wedding events, and when I try to limit these preview posts to around 5 photos, that leaves me with just one photo to sum up each day! To make the compromise, and to try to get as much Googl ...
