Summer Vacation | China Trip Day 13 | The Bund Shanghai

China Travel

The final day of these China Vacation blog posts! I can finally get back to weddings so that you don’t have to scroll so far in the blog to see actual New York and Atlanta Indian weddings :). Day 13 was our final day before heading home to New York from Shanghai, and we wanted to take Miles to the Bund since I had pretty much gone by myself each time and it was always at night when Miles should be sleeping. Crowds were still there during the day, and the couples taking wedding photos were still there of course!

Yep more brides, that’s not the same bride as before just another red dress :). White wedding gowns or red wedding gowns seem to be all the rage for your Shanghai pre-wedding shoot.

Hang & Bory’s Engagement Session | Palace of Fine Arts | San Francisco Destination Engagement Photography
Another blog post from a session that seems like an eternity ago! Ok, it was only back in June, but in the busy Fall season it seems forever ago =). I really wish we had more time or another day to shoot, as San Francisco's notoriously foggy weather arrived in full force. As we pulled up to the Golden Gate Bridge we caught a few fleeting glimpses before it was swallowed by fog for the entire day. We moved over to the Palace of Fine Arts with the intent to return to the Golden Gate but every time we were sort of in the area of the bridge... fog and more fog. Let's do a sunny Georgia session in the Spring Hang and Bory!! Though I do love San Fr ...

Behind the Scenes Vlog 2 | Leena & Rahul Engagement Shoot in New York City
Another week, another behind the scenes vlog! As wedding season truly begins, I hope to keep continuing this as a regular feature here on the blog, YouTube, and facebook where these are posted! Just like the previous episode of the vlog, I shot this entirely on the Sony A7ii which I carried with me around the city, in addition to my 5D Mark IV that I shot most of this engagement session with :). Leena and Rahul drove up to Manhattan from Baltimore and we had a great, but chilly, Saturday running around New York City! Technically Spring has already started, right??? Well, the 40 degree and windy weather we had says otherwise but at least the r ...

Travel | Tokyo, Japan Day 2 – Ueno, Asakusa, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Meiji Jingu
Day 2 in Japan was a little less crazy than day 1, I wasn't quite as hardcore about shooting time-lapse every second of the day so I slowed down and enjoyed things a bit more =). That said, I still covered quite a bit of ground after checking out of Kimi Ryokan. Also, I couldn't stay out as late as the night before because I needed to get back from wherever I was to Ikebukuro to pick up luggage from the ryokan, and then head out towards Saitama to meet up with Tomomi when she arrived. A little bit of crazy coordination that somehow worked out beautifully! Read on for the crazy adventures of Zac in Tokyo, day 2! And follow the rest of the seri ...
