Summer Vacation | China Trip 2015 Day 12 | Jingan Temple & The Bund Shanghai
Day 12 was our second day in Shanghai for our China Vacation 2015, and we explored some of the more touristy things that the city has to offer, but of course I did go back to The Bund in the evening to check out more of the famous skyline views! Another day putting the Sony A7ii to the test as a travel camera!
Jingan Temple in the middle of Shanghai, with high rise buildings all around the courtyard.
Jingan and the surrounding high rises of Shanghai.
Of course writing this I totally forget the name, but this was another temple in Shanghai that I was able to get taking a tourist sightseeing bus :)
The famous singles market in Shanghai! Parents come here to meet other parents and try to play matchhmaker. On the front of the umbrellas are their kid’s qualifications :)
Jumping on the Big Bus Shanghai I took the option to go to the top of the Jing Mao building where I attempted to catch a sunset. With the fog and smog today I didn’t really see the sun and the view was rather cloudy, but it still was an amazing view!
Beautiful Shanghai at night!
I thought this view was pretty amazing with the low clouds reflecting all of the neon lights of the city.
Slightly longer exposure with the moving clouds, yes I know this is the 3rd shot of the same scene on this blog
Clouds everywhere reflecting the light
Every night (and day) we were at the Bund we saw couples taking wedding photos
Wedding photos with the massive crowds all around The Bund.
Another couple taking wedding photos the other direction which is also amazing view
Sooooo many people!
Yes that view of the skyline from The Bund, not unique at all, thousands of other tourists with their iphones doing the same :)
Here is that amazing view from the other side of the river, loved those low lying clouds and the neon lights!
Ok because I can’t shoot the view of the skyline all the time yes I did try to take photos of the rest of Shanghai
People people people at the Bund
Night time in Shanghai is sooooo amazing! Hope you enjoyed these super touristy photos of Shanghai and The Bund!
