Engagement

I think this will be our last wedding of the year for 2012, and I just photographed their engagement session a few weeks ago. December 21st and 22nd is pretty far away, but hey we did have a New Year’s Eve wedding last year! Back to these two awesome people, I know I say it a lot here on the blog, but I had so much fun with Pallavi and Arvind!!! If you can’t tell from the photos, Arvind makes Pallavi bust out with the biggest smiles I have ever seen, just looking through these photos in the editing process I was grinning ear to ear myself looking at their expressions. I’m sad that I’ll have to wait so long to see them again but I know their December Hindu Indian wedding is going to be amazing, and here in Atlanta! Enjoy a few teasers, full blog post coming right up in a few weeks!

Flight delays, foggy weather, great food, and sleeping in an airport. All in a day's work, right? First, the flight out of Atlanta was delayed a couple of hours due to fog and upon arriving, I can see why! We headed to the Golden Gate Bridge area first which was almost completely engulfed in a thick layer of fog. We then headed to the nearby Palace of Fine Arts where we were able to spend more time and really glad we did, because our later attempts to go back to the bridge and to Twin Peaks were met with tons and tons of fog even later in the night. Still got some amazing pictures though and had a great time despite Mother Nature getting in o ...

A New World through “Eyes of Fish”
It's always fun to use fisheye to shoot landscape or wedding/engagement photos. The fisheye lens takes in an extremely wide, hemispherical image and creates unique, distorted appearance, which suggests the curve of the Earth. Through adjusting the depth of aperture, we can create a different level of curve. Here is our beautiful downtown Orlando through "eyes of fish". Isn't that interesting? It's also interesting to use fisheye lens for engagement or wedding photos, the lens creates a special effort of imaging two person in love and their harmony relationship with the world around them. Fisheye lens always give us surprise in photography ...
