Manisha & Ali | Central Park & Brooklyn Bridge | New York City Indian Wedding Photographer

Engagement

Manisha and Ali were up here in New York City for a family event, so what better excuse to spend a couple hours for a quick anniversary engagement-style session with me! We didn’t have a ton of time since this session wasn’t their only reason for the trip to NYC so we did a few quick shots at the Bethesda Fountain in Central Park before heading over to Brooklyn to catch the skyline view from Brooklyn Bridge Park. Fighting the rain was also a reason we were pretty tight on time and it was clearly pouring rain by the time we got over to Brooklyn for the night time photos. The rain definitely gives these a more Bollywood fashion look to them, so it was definitely worth getting soaked for the great shots! Manisha is also a wedding photographer herself (and has second shot with me at my weddings), so be sure to check her site out at Manisha Moments!

Recent Work | Serana & Saifur’s Engagement Session at Rhodes Hall & Centennial Olympic Park
Another quick "recent work" post to preview some of the crazy busy Summer/Fall/Winter wedding season we've been having around here! At least one and sometimes two events each week whether it's multi-day weddings, single day weddings, or engagement sessions! Here is a perfect example! After the engagement ceremony which took place at Elaborate Events on the weekend, we headed out around downtown Atlanta for a proper "engagement session" where Serana and Saifur could take more portrait photos before Saifur flew back home after the busy weekend of events! Here are a few of my favorites from a weeknight spent exploring Atlanta at the Rhodes Hall ...

Radhika & Kishan | The Goat Farm & Piedmont Park | Atlanta Indian Engagement Session
Today we have a super fun engagement session from down in Atlanta from a couple weeks ago hitting the blog! If any of the Atlanta-based readers are seeing this you might remember that crazy 3 week period where you guys were getting 100% rain every. single. day. for about 3 weeks! Craziness! With some rescheduling due to the rain, I didn't want to fly down from New York and it end up being a 100% rain day, we finally found a weekend that it was only drizzling for most of the day! I'll take that over pouring rain any day! I just want to add that while I was watching the Weather Channel forecasts for Atlanta, it was gorgeous 70 degree Fall weath ...
