Belle | Lake Lanier Portrait Session with Horse | New York Destination Wedding Photographer

Portrait

Here is a suuuuuper old session that I don’t think ever made the blog? It made the Facebook page once upon a time at least! I was going through some older hard drives looking for some sort of travel photo and came across this and figured hey, that’d be some nice fresh content for the blog! Beautiful girl + beautiful horse + beautiful location = beautiful photos! Thanks to our friend Belle for being the lovely dancing Chinese supermodel for this fun horse themed portrait photo session at Lake Lanier’s Horse stables! If you dig around the archives you’ll also find Shai & D’s Indian engagement session which we also did at the same horse stables out at Lake Lanier, which is just North of Atlanta! Aaaaand now that I’m typing this I don’t think I ever blogged their session either! Must have been a crazy travel month or busy with weddings, because these shoots all made the Facebook page but never the blog! Which just means more fresh older content coming soon to this blog! =)

Hijab-ista Fashion Shoot in Midtown Atlanta | Published in Zuleykha Magazine
A non-wedding post to mix things up on the blog! This is more of an expanded post from previous contest announcement with Hijab-ista a few posts ago. Now that the photos were published on Zuleykha Magazine, I can share some more of them here too! More about the shoot, we had previously planned to shoot in the evening "Golden Hour" when the sun was lower in the sky for some of that awesome warm light. Of course this being Atlanta, the weather had other plans for us with imminent rain on the forecast. Our model, BabyLailaLov, was only in town for the day before they all headed off to another show themselves. So we had to make this shoot happen ...

Jing & Ping Portrait Session in Downtown Atlanta
Before Jing and Ping left to go back to Chengdu, Sichuan, China we did a quick American-style photo session around Downtown Atlanta =). Even though they've been married for a while, they never actually had actual wedding photos taken. Well, I didn't make them rent a dress and tuxedo, but we did have a great time taking lifestyle engagement style photos! We started in Centennial Olympic Park before doing a quick loop around Philips Arena and downtown Atlanta by Five Points. Shooting here is always a race against the clock before the GWCC police/security come to tell us that we're not supposed to take ...
