Always Downtown Orlando

HDR Nature

Having the day off from work let me try to do some sunset shooting that I would normally be unable to do. Taking the opportunity of spare time I headed down to Lake Eola Park in Downtown Orlando to practice some HDR photos.
This was a 9 exposure shot that was combined in Photomatix and then processed in Photoshop.

Beijing Day 1 & 2: Temple of Heaven and Great Wall
To give our readers a break from people photography, I wanted to include a few shots from our trip to China in May, 2010. We flew from Orlando into Beijing to start our trip, and after that 13 hour nonstop flight from Newark we definitely needed to get out and stretch our legs! California Dreaming – California Travel Photographer
This is a bit of a personal post today, so sit back for a quick self-reflection and some of my favorite images from the California Coastline. I had been putting this off for some time but finally got around to going though our old photos from California 2009. After our trip in August 2009 we put a few photos up for sale as postcards on Zazzle, and surprisingly they started selling! I knew we wouldn't get rich quick off of Zazzle (I think we make $0.01 per sale) but it was a nice validation that other people out there enjoyed our early photography as much as we enjoyed shooting it.
